Founder's Bio
Tiffany D. Jaksic has spent her entire career advising, coaching and mentoring hundreds of people on their careers and goals. Her life’s mission is, "To connect people with their passsions", as well as level the playing field for underrepresented populations in education and business. She has travelled the world to promote and represent MBA programs and corporations.
Tiffany served a seven-year tenure as MBA Admissions Officer (the best job anyone could have) for the Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Tuck School at Dartmouth. During her role as an MBA Admissions Officer, she enhanced the MBA experience by developing programs and opportunities to increase diversity within business school communities. She has a natural ability to connect with and identify great talent for MBA programs.
Tiffany launched her career serving as the first Executive Director of Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT). She was the Director of Fellow and Alumni Programming for the Robert Toigo Foundation. She is the former Senior Manager of North American Diversity for Bain & Company and has worked as Principal Diversity Consultant for Genentech, Inc.
Within each of these organizations, she has built and established a legacy of change and innovation fostered by embracing and championing diversity of background, thought and perspective. Her hands-on approach to recruiting and supporting talent is unparalleled. She has a unique experience of being a change-agent at every step in the talent pipeline / lifecycle. Tiffany has been a sought after voice for her deep expertise on how to manage the MBA Admissions experience, as well as her extensive Diversity & Inclusion subject matter insights for organizations such as GMAC (Graduate Management Admissions Council), NSHMBA, NBMBAA, SWE and publications such as Bloomberg Business and WSJ.com
Tiffany received her AB from Dartmouth College. She currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
